Ever wondered…
How can I live my life more authentically and fully?
What is stopping me being all I can be?
What difference do I want to make?

This course untangles the tight knots of life and
leaves you clear and empowered, with space to create the life you want.
Your country – and the continent of Africa – needs your leadership.
Each of you – yes, I am talking to YOU! – is already a leader.
This course is a laboratory where you can experiment with things you may not have considered before and step UP INTO your authentic leadership.
Designed by women
Led by African women, for African women
Over 1,500 women (so far!) have registered! Since we started in 2021, we’ve trained women from 34 different countries!

Women are dramatically under-represented in leadership roles in Africa
– and many other places in the world.
This course is tailor-made to tackle the challenges that you,
as African women, are currently navigating in your everyday lives.
We are part of the Africa Leadership Transformation Foundation.
The Foundation’s vision is an Africa that works for everyone.

Tanda
The African Women’s Leadership Course (AWLC) turned around my entire being. Before attending… I was an introvert, due to being born in a polygamous family, where my mother had to single-handedly cater for me and siblings, despite being married.
The course, especially the session on Forgiveness, helped bring out the leadership skills hidden in me as I learned to forgive unconditionally. Prior to the course, I had harboured so much resentment towards my father for not sponsoring me through my secondary education, but AWLC released me from that regret and resentment.
The lessons I gleaned… have now become best practices that I live by and the sharing from other course participants have helped enhance my mental wellbeing, tolerance, forgiveness and integrity.

Moomba
I realized that integrity is not only about being honest and accountable for public resources, but also for the small things I do.
Integrity is not what people think of me, but who I am when nobody is watching… Forgiveness! Wow! This really hit home for me.
I realized I was carrying grudges I should have dropped years ago. After this session, I forgave myself and forgave others and it set my soul free.
