In the USA, the Africa Leadership Transformation Foundation (ALT Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) US-registered non-profit Organisation.

The ALT Foundation's leadership programs put Africans in charge of their lives: they step up into their leadership and express it naturally in their careers, families and communities.

Over 1,000 women from 25 African countries have participated in our African Women's Leadership and Mental Wellbeing Course, including 200 refugees and women from other vulnerable communities.

Our Certificate in Leadership & Faith Change-Making has directly impacted the lives and work of 1,000 faith change-makers, who in turn have made a difference to many thousands of Africans.
